y=-3x+1 is your equation. And the online graphing calculation I use is desmos.com. It's free too.

Point slope form of a linear equation is :
y-y1=m(x-x1)
m=slope
b=y-intercept

Given :
Slope = -3
Point = (2,-5)

Plugging into the equation:
y+5 = -3(x-2)
y+5 = -3x + 6
y = -3x+1
