The basic principles in the English Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence have roots in A. Magna Carta which gave more rights to the people, and less to the king.
B, C, and D were written after the English Bill of Rights, so they cannot be the inspiration for it, whereas Magna Carta is the only document written many many years before both the English Bill of Rights (1689) and the Declaration of Independence (1776) - Magna Carta was written in 1215.
