A taxi travels for 126 km from Seremban taxi station at 9:15 morning and reach the Shah Alam taxi station at 10:45 morning. Calculate the average speed, in km h, of the whole journey of the taxi.​

We have,

Distance = 126 km

Time = 9:15 to 10:45

        = 1 hour 30 minutes

        = 1.5 hour                        [1 hour = 60 minutes]

We know that,

[tex]Speed=\dfrac{126}{1.5}[/tex]

[tex]Speed=84[/tex]

Therefore, the average speed to the taxi is 84 km/h.
