I'm trying to get a six pack and build more muscle at my core as well as getting my forearms bigger. I'm 15 and 6ft and weigh approximately 170pounds, I have only a pull up bar that has different variations of pull ups. But what type of exercises can I do that will meet my future goals? without paying a ton for equipment.

For beginners you are going to have a mindset to make sure that you workout everyday, you are also going to have to do 5 sets of pull ups for 1 min intervals(if you flex ur abdomen while doing pull ups you strengthen ur abdominal muscles) same goes for push ups and sit ups aswell:)
