 Fisrt convert the 200 food calorie into joules, since there are 4184 joule per 1 food calorie, 200 food calorie x ( 4184 joule / cal) = 836800 J

P = work/ time

P = 836800 J / 600 s = 1394.67 J/s = 1394.67 W

P = 1394.67 W ( 1 hp/ 745.7 W) = 1.87 hp
