The seller would be at fault here. Their cheapness caused them to hire someone in high school who hasn't even gone to trade school. This is illegal. Afterwards, he lied to the listing licensee and buyer. Because of this lie, the hardwood floor was damaged as well as the roof.

The seller is now liable for lawsuits and suing.
