a) By Pythagoras theorem , h^2 is = a^2 + b^2 where a is the hypotenuse and a and b are the legs.

=) 15^2 = x^2 + y^2

That is the relation

b) area of triangle = 1/2 x height x base

=) 1/2 * x * y = 30

=) xy = 15cm
