I believe that the best style of leadership is Laissez-faire leadership. In this type of leadership, they focus on relationships rather than production. They want the best for the people involved. It is a very hands-off style of leadership, as they have confidence in their people. Organization is important to run a company, business, or any sort of job so that you are on top of things. It helps us develop an understanding of the aspects that can motivate employees, increase their performance, and help organizations establish a strong and trusting relationship with their employees. Having good communication allows us to pass information to other people, and to understand what is said to us, making things run smoothly.
