I'm not a therapist or anything. But, I would avoid watching scary movies before sleeping, have a healthy meal, spend time with your family and friends, and all your bad dreams and nightmares will slowly disapear :)

Well, if you are religious then praying might help.
However, if you are not ten watching light-hearted tv shows, books, etc. might help.
It really just depends on what the night mares are about... If you tell me I can edit my answer to be more specific to you.
