Warnings are given to users who repeatedly do the things a community user is asked not to do. Simply put, they don't follow the rules. If even after a long time their behavior continues, their account gets deleted. Warnings can only be removed by Senior Moderators.
A warning will not affect anything on your account. Any answer that you post that is not school related will be deleted and that counts as a warning. I have had many warnings but nothing has changed on my account. You are okay.
