The first party, Mr. Alfred Higgins, commissions the work of the second party, ‘PreSense Designs’.

The second party shall renovate the house of the first party as per the designs attached herewith.

The second party should commence the required renovation work not later than 16th October 2014. The work shall be finished within two months from the date of commencement.

The second party shall receive $1000 on completion of the work, as per design, from the first party.

The first party holds the right to decrease the amount payable, if the second party does not complete the work within two months from the date of commencement.
