He wanted to become a chef and wanted to recreate the tasty food made by his grandmother and other Iraqi foods which reminds him to his former country where he spend his childhood. He has a good sense of taste and cooking abilities so he wants to use it to recreate ''kubbat halab'' a dish made by his grandmother in his childhood.
