How does the amount of available energy change at each level as you move from level A to level D?

A. The amount of available energy INCREASES by 100%

B. The amount of available DECREASES by 90% every time you move up a step

the amount of energy at each trophies level decreases as it moves through the ecosystem. As little as 10% of the energy at any tropic level is transferred.... so the answer is B
