what happens if you fast during your period?
Ramadan is coming and my period just came yesterday and is it ok if I fast in Ramadan even tho am on my period?
Also is it good for my health or will it affect me negatively?

Become very light headed and may faint. This puts your body through lots of strain and may make you very unwell to already feeling weak
