Does an equation always have a solution? Could you come up w/ an equation that does not have a solution? If yes, explain why this equation does not have a solution?

Respuesta :

An equation does not always have a solution. Sometimes, an equation can have a variable that does not equal the remaining value on the other side. For example, root negative x could never equal a number squared.
√-x ≠ 14²
This equation cannot have a solution because you can't square any number to get a negative solution. Therefore, x= no solution.
No an equation doesn't always have a solution. An example would be 2x+3=2x+7
To solve this you would subtract 2x on each side, which that would give you 3=7 therefore that equation has no solution
