Respuesta :

Answer:

Question A: They should add product B because it has a 69% rate of approval. They can be 69% confident that the addition of product B will be successful.

Question B: 31% of people would prefer cookie A over cookie B

Step-by-step explanation:

Answer:

A.

Based on the collected data they should add Recipe B. Recipe B was liked by 209 people which is 2/3 of the 300 people who tried the cookies. The mean for Recipe B was 69.7 and the median was 71 which is better than Recipe A's data. Recipe A has a mean of 30.3 and a median of 29. The range for both of the recipes is 14. Recipe A does maximum does not even come close to Recipe B's minimum ,so I would go with Recipe B.

B.

I would only expect 30% of people to prefer Recipe A over Recipe B.
