1. I just signed up for Ugly Produce (a food delivery service for Ugly Fruits & Vegetables). My first box of apples arrived today. 2/5 of the apples were red. 3/4 of the remaining apples were green and the rest of the apples were yellow.
a. What percent of the apples were yellow?

b. Now that I have so many apples, I decided to make a giant apple pie. The recipe calls for 3 cups of sugar and 4 cups of flour but I only have 2 cups of sugar. How much flour should I use?
