Control is necessary to handle rules, people, and separation of power. Without control the entire world would be out of hand. For example, if there was no governmental control we would not have the stability and rules to be United States.

Answer: There needs to be a higher sense of control because If there wasn't there would be chaos. It would've also been bad for the job chain because other jobs rely on others to do their job If there wasn't, nothing would've been accomplished. There are advantages and disadvantages of having a boss over you though, Like Not being able to slack off or do what you want that's an advantage and disadvantage. But having a boss to PAy you know an advantage.
