Steps
Review your CAP file. Make sure you have information on each issue from the lesson listed in the file.
Choose one issue from the lesson to consider:
increasing spending on programs for those in need
building new offshore drilling rigs
replacing a strip mall with a superstore
increasing the minimum driving age
Discuss the issue with a parent or trusted adult in your community.
Use this template to write a paragraph that explains your perspective on the issue you chose. Be sure to include reasons for your perspective. There is no wrong answer, but you must use details from the debate on your chosen topic from the lesson.
Write a second paragraph in your template to describe how else the issue could be addressed, such as the example you described in your CAP file. Include any new ideas from the discussion with a parent or trusted adult.
Save your work to one file to turn in. Use the name "Response_your name" for your file to turn in. Check your spelling and grammar.

I think that most of the people that we should spend is homeless people because homeless people tend to not have anywhere to live, they don’t have food. I think there should be a shelter for homeless people where supply food and shelter for those in need.

Most people can help by donating canned goods, clothes, and food, shelters to help people that don’t have food on the table. People that are donating to food shelters are a big help when it comes to the homeless in need. Here are a few reasons why.

A teen Kim that was 14 years old her dad was the only person that living with her and then moved out. Kim didn’t have anywhere to live she had to hear uncle Alberto’s house which no hot water, barely had any food, and smelt very bad. 5 months later, she got $180 for her birthday and then spent on alcohol and got arrested and $65 fine. And 5 months later she had nowhere to live. Homeless people like Kim are suffering to live. We can help live and food on the table with this non-profit shelter that helps homeless people.

As we all know, the minimum driving age is sixteen for a driver's license. But I believe it should be higher than sixteen. This is because the younger you are, the little responsibility is. What I believe is that they should change it from eighteen to nineteen. But there isn't really a problem with the age of fifteen. I think that is a perfect age to begin taking lessons.

Its not the whole thing but its a start. :)
