I will review a quiz or test I took and see what questions I got wrong and how can I get those questions and answer them right. I will not use caffeine. For me personally, I like to read a book to get my brain going. I will also eat a healthy breakfast like eating fruit or avocado toast. My mental habits I like to do is write down 5 positive things about myself, so I won't get any negative thoughts. I will also stay away from those people who keep saying "I am going to fail" because it will make you think that you are also going to fail with them. The anxiety is contagious
