Yes, Lady Macbeth believes the witches' prophecy. We know that because of her determination to make the prophecy come true. She even commits crimes to make it happen.

What is the prophecy about?

At the beginning of the play, three witches prophesy that Macbeth will become king. An ambitious man, Macbeth believes their words and does everything to make them come true.

Even more ambitious than Macbeth is his wife, Lady Macbeth. She is determined to make the prophecy happen. She even instigates her husband to murder those who can hinder their plans.

Therefore, we can safely say that Lady Macbeth believes the witches' prophecy.
