My grandpa died two days before my birthday in 2017 and it was a hard time. My friend became homeless at the age of seven because her family got evicted, (she is no longer homeless.)
It’s not exactly “come across”, but we went through ups and downs, we got bullied together, basically everything. But once she started becoming more popular she gradually forgot about me. She turned into the people that used to bully us sadly.
