Help!!!
What is the criteria for a case to be chosen to be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court under appellate jurisdiction?
Thank you.

Respuesta :

well i dont understand the question completely but to have your court case heard by the U.S. Supreme court four justices must vote to hear the case. hope that helped :]

Answer:

Appellate jurisdiction means that the Court has authority to review the decisions of any lower courts. Most of the cases the Supreme Court hears are appeals from lower courts.
