This is the sample answer:

Shere Khan endangers all animals by breaking the law of the jungle. The law forbids any creature from killing a human, because eventually the humans would come into the jungle seeking revenge. When Shere Khan first attacks the human camp, he breaks the law and puts all of the other animals in danger. Getting burned by the fire should be a warning, but he keeps hunting Mowgli anyway.
