Why should a person be careful when buying foods labeled as “low-salt" or "low-sugar"? O They may actually be high in salt. O They may contain more sugar than normal O They have little nutritional value. O They can be high in calories or fat.
They can be high in calories or fat - I think this is it because my reasoning is that companies compensate low sugar and salt for other ingredients and chemicals that add a car-p load of calories and added fats to make it taste better.
