We have,

where, r is radius.
Putting [tex]\pi=\dfrac{22}{7}, r=\dfrac{19}{2}[/tex] in the above formula.
[tex]V=\dfrac{4}{3}\times \dfrac{22}{7}\times (\dfrac{19}{2})^3[/tex]
[tex]V=\dfrac{4}{3}\times \dfrac{22}{7}\times \dfrac{19}{2}\times \dfrac{19}{2}\times \dfrac{19}{2}[/tex]
[tex]V=\dfrac{75449}{21}[/tex]
[tex]V=3592.80952[/tex]
