I feel like face to face for some people is very easy and straightforward of course. You see your audiences or listeners reaction to what your saying. As for online more people have time to think about what there saying. Like for example re-reading, changing your tone and etc. I feel like face to face can help sometimes but i also feel like online is good for some cases aswell.
