I will work on this part of the project, and you each can choose what part you work on. Talk to each other and make sure the work corresponds and makes sense. Whenever we are all done with our part, we will share it with the group. We can critique each other’s work and give new ideas. But, criticism isn’t being rude to each other. We need to all be friends, and give genuine advice like friends do. We share the work. We share the grade. Working separately for a while should help break up the tension. Let’s get started.”
