Answer: rose muddle becomes a maid in a grand house, she is very grateful to escape the harsh working enviroment where she sadly grew up at. When Rose finds out from Mrs.Templeforth about the actual reason she got employed there she is shocked.The longer she stay there she realizes everything is not as it seems , Mrs.Templeforth is dying and and is the guardian of an ancient magical pendant ,before Rose could figure could figure out anymore the pendant got stolen. Rose teams up with Rui, the nephew of Maharaja of Jaipur who is visiting Mrs.Templeforth. Together Rose and Rui team up to hopefully save the world
