When it comes to properly thawing and cooking meat, there are some very important rules to
follow which were discussed in the unit-were you aware of all of these rules? Do you always
practice these safety standards when thawing and cooking meats? Identify and discuss at least
three specific items about the safe handling of meat that were of particular interest to you and
