It’s pretty simple, both are possessive adjectives, in the first question we have a first person singular adjective: since the subject is “cugine” which is female you can rule out the answers “mio” and “miei”. “Cugine” is also plural so you can rule out “Mia” which is female singular. “Mier” is not even a word.
For the second one you can apply the same reasoning, but keep in mind that the subject “coppa” is singular
