It is important to get nutrient into your diet. For example, it can help decrease the risk to diseases , like heart disease, and it can also lower cholesterol, and blood pressure. Some quotes state, “eating more fiber-rich foods to help lower risk for heart disease and type 2 diabetes.” Therefore I believe it’s more important to add nutrients in your diet.
It’s important to get nutrients into your diet because it helps reduce the risk of getting many diseases such as heart disease, diabetes and many more
