spend some time to yourself, enjoy your favorite tv show while eating your favorite food, hang out with people who make you feel good about yourself, get a nice massage ever now and then
To stop yourself from stressing out so much you can take a free day for just yourself relax, read, listen to music/watch a movie, hang out with some friends, and don't overthink about anything, just keep your days nice, simple, and fun.
