Look at these numbers. 0.3,
0.103, 0.13 which number has the digit 3 in the place with the greatest value?

0.3.......the 3 is in the tenths place 
0.103....the 3 is in the thousandths place
0.13.....the 3 is in the hundredths place

0.3 is ur answer
In "0.3" the 3 is in the tenths place. 
In "0.103" the 3 is in the thousandths place.
In "0.13" the 3 is in the hundredths place.

But 0.3 would have the greatest value.
