Why is it important to reflect on how the interview went after it’s over?

A-so you can figure out if you got the job or not
B-so you know what to say when the interviewer calls
C-so you can improve on what didn’t go well and think of a better answer
D-so you will remember what you told them if you get the job

I think it's important to reflect on how the interview went after it's over, because so you can improve on what didn't go well and think of a better answer (Answer is C)!

Because it will be a good experience and you will be ready for any other interviews if you get asked the same questions!
