One of the many innovations in the Renaissance that have contributed to the creation and especially the expansion of new ideas in art, science and lifestyle is the printing press. In this way, the printed books were quickly transferred to Europe, much faster than before, and became available to a much larger audience. The printing press was invented by Johann Gutenburg in the 1450s.
