1. How does Madison’s message illustrate the separation of powers between the executive and legislative branches?

Madison influences the idea so that each branch would be balanced by the other. The separation of powers us a result of Congress passing laws. Meaning, each branch would be separated from one another. Madison wanted the powers to be shared amongst the two to make their lives easier basically.
