Imagine that you are a leader of Sparta who must make a decision about going to war with Athens. What do you think are some of the economic costs of going to war? What would some of the eventual economic benefits be if Sparta won?

I believe that it's different for everyone. Since most boys/men back then were practically forced to go into the military, and we have a choice now, it's not entirely the same.
