6. Alice's husband Allen took his dog Dakota and went out for dog food one
night five years ago. He never came back, and Alice never heard from him
again. There's a presumption in Arizona law that a person is presumed dead if
they haven't been heard from in 5 years. Alice wants to use this presumption
to have Allen declared legally dead. To be able to get the judge to use this
presumption to help her, Alice has to:
