Solution :
Number of card Deshawn had, n = 5/2 × 36
n = 90 .
Number of card after they sell half there cards :

[tex]n_S=\dfrac{36}{2}=18[/tex]
Therefore, new ratio is [tex]\dfrac{45}{18}=5 : 2[/tex].
So, new ratio will be same.
