well off the top of my head, there was one time in the 6th grade we had a giant stairwell and everyone was shoving and pushing to get down to lunch and someone dropped a plastic water bottle on the floor. Naturally me being half way to blind didn't see it, I slipped on it and landed really hard and it just got dead silent for a second and everyone turned to look at me. Then they all started shouting and pushing again. Later my friend informed me that she actually saw the water bottle but didn't tell me cause she thought I saw too.
