What is the major differences between using machine
weights and free weights?
Free weights allow you to choose the weight you want to lift
and are more available to use when working out at your local
gym. Machine weights don't require a spotter, however does
not give you a full body workout
Free weights require more coordination, strength, and
balance than machine weights. Machine weights isolates
you to one muscle group while free weights require you to
use other muscle groups to assist in the lifting process.
