The process of photosynthesis which is dependent on light energy is the
combining of hydrogen and oxygen to form water.
Photosynthesis involves the reaction between carbondioxide and water to
form Starch and oxygen. The water molecules however have to be split
because of movement of electrons in which the water become oxidized and
carbondioxide reduced.
This process however have to be done in the presence of sunlight which
serves as a precursor.
