Electric field at point P is given by :

Putting value of k and r in above equation , we get :

[tex]E=\dfrac{q\times 9\times 10^9}{(9.83\times 10^{-3})^2}\ N/C\\\\E=(9.31\times 10^{13})q\ N/C[/tex]
