Surface area = volume
2πr(h + r) = πr^2h
2h + 2r = rh
rh - 2h = 2r
h(r - 2) = 2r
h = 2r/(r - 2) = 7.2/(3.6 - 2) = 7.2/1.6 = 4.5

surface area = 2πr(h + r) = 7.2(4.5 + 3.6)π = 7.2(8.1)π = 58.32πcm^2
Volume = πr^2h = (3.6)^2 x 4.5π cm^3 = 12.96 x 4.5π cm^3 = 58.32π cm^3
