Calisthenics and plyometrics can be the same thing. Calisthenics is bodyweight exercises. Plyometrics are short burst of energy. If you did a pushup were your hands came off the ground, that will be a plyometric pushup (calisthenics). If you did a bicep curl (weight lifting) quickly it would be a plyometric exercise.
