Kevin's construction will be the most accurate possible while Kyle's construction will be accurate as well, but there may be some slight errors (since he might draw the circles imperfectly or the lines not straight enough) Both would use a compass and straight edge, however Kevin can take advantage of the parallel line tool found in most drawing programs (eg: geogebra)
