I prepared a wonderful routine for this lockdown period
As I realized the lockdown was going to be extended I started to prepare a
timetable to follow I woke up early in the morning to feel energetic throughout the day. one
may also do some meditation or yoga for about 15 to 20 min for the well being.
i called up my friends and relatives. During this free time i learned a new skill of beatboxing
In the afternoon I helped my mother in washing the dishes. One may also
learn culinary skills like cooking a salad or making a smoothie.
At night i watched a movie, read a bookand listened to music. You may also
plant some microgreenns and when it's time to harvest we can use them in our
breakfast
Like this I make spent my time judiciously. And learned to be creative without spending a lot of time on gadgets
