I think the ban of nuclear weapons since WWII was a good idea, and those weapons should remain banned but there is no guarantee that they will not be used. I agree with the use during WWII because Truman was "darned if he did and darned if he didnt" if he had withheld a war ending weapon then he would've been criticized for it and using it was morally questionable. In the end this is a matter of opinion.
