In the late 1800's, people in many parts of the world decided to leave their homes and immigrate to the United States. The United States also allowed the immigrants to form their own communities and to expand the trades and culture in several parts of the country. The immigrants were also motivated to settle down here as they could maintain their beliefs, views and culture more peacefully.
